This project is a collaboration between the UN Women Independent Evaluation Service and UNU-IIGH to explore the link between Gender Equality (SDG5) and Good Health and Well-being (SDG3) as part of a system of interconnected SDGs.

The study will adopt a systems thinking approach to derive a conceptual model for SDGs interlinkages to be tested empirically for groups of countries. Data will be accessed through the UN Women Women Count Data Hub, SDG Index Website, World Bank Open Data and other data banks, including UN Women data sources (with the involvement of UN Women Data and Research team).
