The seminar fee covers entrance to all seminar sessions, lunches, tea & coffee breaks, seminar portfolio, materials and name badge.

REGISTRATION

Online registration,

For manual registeration, participants are requested to fill up the form attached and once complete, please email it to:

  • Once the secretariat receives the form, an invoice on the seminar fee will be issued and emailed to registered participants
  • Registered participants will be required to make remittance of payment via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) ONLY with bank account details as indicated on the invoice
  • All payments are to be made BEFORE 13th November 2011

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to iigh.hivseminar@unu.edu. The following provisions will take effect:

  • 50% of seminar fee paid will be refunded if the notification reaches the Secretariat before 7th November 2011.
  • No refund will be given for any cancellations after 7th November 2011.
  • The registration is non-transferable
